Tami McHargue … Loyall, Harlan County

Cooper McHargue received this cool treehouse as a birthday present when he turned 8 years old. Mom Tami sent in a great description. She writes: “It’s about 25 feet off the ground, located between 2 old oak trees behind the basketball goal and court. The treehouse, which was built by Charles Blair from Cumberland, has electricity, run from an extension cord in the house, an American Flag, and a trap door (where Cooper can keep out all the GIRLS) and several chairs. Most recently, we added an intercom so that Coop and his friends could talk to us in the house.”
Cooper looks pretty pleased as he climbs the ladder to his “tricked out” domain.
